Immediate Openings for 80 Customer Service Representatives

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 26, 2014 –  Dialog Direct is expanding their West Michigan operations to include a new site at 2905 Lucerne SE in Grand Rapids. The facility is approximately 20,000 square feet and will provide employment opportunities for 200 to 300 people in Cascade Township and the greater Grand Rapids area.

Hiring for customer service representatives for the new Grand Rapids location is underway. New hires will participate in an eight-week paid training period, beginning June 9.

“We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound customer service calls,” said Dialog Direct Site Director Michelle Levy. “We’ll provide comprehensive subject matter content and coach the team on ways to deliver the ideal customer experience with every call. Key job qualifications include excellent critical thinking and communication skills: verbal, written and computer. Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility are required.”
