Openings for Managers and Insurance Sales & Service Representatives
HIGHLAND PARK, Mich., June 17, 2015 – Dialog Direct, a Michigan- based customer engagement and marketing solutions company, has announced plans to hire 300 new employees to support the company’s growth in the health insurance market.
The company has immediate openings for managers, Health and Life licensed insurance sales agents and quality assurance specialists. New hires will participate in a 4-5 week paid training period, beginning in late August with additional training classes running until the beginning of October.
Dialog Direct will also be paying for all costs to get hired agents licensed in Health and Life insurance. Costs covered include: licensing course, state exam, and state license.
“We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound sales enrollment calls,” said Dialog Direct SVP Customer Engagement, Amy McCarty. “We’ll provide comprehensive subject matter content, paid training and coach the team on ways to deliver the ideal customer experience with every call. Key job qualifications include sales experience, excellent critical thinking and communication skills: verbal, written and computer. Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility are required. We believe in preparing team members for success!”
The salary ranges for the job openings vary based on the position, which may include bonus opportunities in addition to base salaries.
