Dialog Direct Completes Merger and Acquisition of Allegra Direct Communications

HIGHLAND PARK, Mich., October 17, 2014 — Dialog Direct, a data-driven marketing solutions and customer experience provider, announced today that it has completed a merger and acquisition of Metro Detroit-based Allegra Direct Communications. The acquisition supports Dialog’s strategic focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and will further strengthen and expand Dialog Direct’s engagement center capabilities.
